Deanna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner who is dually licensed in North Carolina and Pennsylvania. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from The Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College in 2017 and has since dedicated her career to supporting clients who are navigating life’s challenges with compassion, collaboration, and care.

Deanna has a diverse background in mental health and has experience working with survivors of domestic violence, non-profit organizations, and inpatient psychiatric assessment settings. She works with clients ages 10 and up and specializes in supporting those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship strain and conflict, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

Grounded in a strengths-based perspective, Deanna emphasizes each client’s inherent resilience and capacity for growth. She incorporates elements of creative arts and expressive techniques into her work, valuing the power of creativity in healing and self-discovery. Deanna’s therapeutic style is warm and relational, grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection.

Clinically trained to work with individuals who have experienced trauma, Deanna creates a safe and collaborative space where clients can gain insight, learn new coping strategies, and feel empowered to regain a sense of control in their lives. Her approach is centered around helping clients explore the patterns that shape their experiences, develop practical tools for emotional regulation, and cultivate a life aligned with their values and strengths.

When she’s not with clients, Deanna enjoys traveling to live music shows, reading at the beach, spending time with her family and two dogs, or enjoying a really strong cup of coffee.

Cammy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University. She is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, authenticity, and connection.

Cammy has a background in working with nonprofit organizations, human trafficking prevention, and trauma-informed care across community and outpatient settings. Her experience includes conducting comprehensive assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges.

Guided by a strengths-based and person-centered approach, Cammy integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive arts, mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing to support clients develop insight, build resilience, and foster emotional wellness. She is committed to creating a collaborative and affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences.

Cammy believes that healing is possible for everyone and that transformation begins with connection, curiosity, and compassion. She strives to support clients in aligning their lives with their values and strengths, while cultivating tools for long-term well-being.

When she’s not with clients, Cammy enjoys thrifting, exploring local coffee shops, and spending quality time with friends and family.
